The long description is worse.

Nearly every cloud-island (Major or Minor) sent warriors here. The conflict was initially about self-determination, self-rule, for this island, freeing themselves from the Barathi yoke. Alas, other political issues came to the fore. Internal conflicts in Viridia, freebooters from both Colronan nations, and a large contingent of Kroyu fighters, trying to re-establish a homeland for themselves.

It was bloody. It was bad. It was a shame.
